Really?

Seems like everything I've ever wanted before simply slips away from me.. I never seem to be able to hold on to the people or things I cherish..

I had a much needed time off in Melaka the past weekend, to support my Coach in his contest - the 3rd WBPF World Men's Bodybuilding Championships. Definitely an eye-opener for me... And I'm ever so proud of my Coach for standing on stage at 55years of age.

Tomorrow, I start work proper at Genesis. I'm gonna be preoccupied with work from Monday-Saturday from then on!
