Whole new level of pain

My legs, particularly my quads, are screaming like f**k the entire day. I swear I have the most awful face on earth while foam rolling just now.

After being on a 5x5 strength program for a month plus, I switched to the German Body Composition Circuit yesterday.

It consists of a giant set of 5 exercises, with only 30seconds rest in between exercises AND between sets.

Barbell Back Squat 4-6reps, 4secs lowering
Barbell High Pull 4-6reps
DB Jump Squats 10-12reps
Vertical Jump 15-20reps
Bodyweight Squats AMRAP
4 sets.

Then to 3sets of a superset of Chest-supported DB rows and Incline DB presses.

Can't wait to try out Day B of the program, which will be more hamstrings-dominant work.
